In 2024, Sun Yat-sen University celebrated its centennial. Guided by its commitment to serving major national strategic needs, regional economic and social development, academic frontiers, and people's health, the university continues to move forward. The centennial is not only a milestone, but also a new starting point.

On November 12, 2024, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, sent congratulations to all faculty, students, staff, and alumni at home and abroad.

From October to November 2024, Minicute Ergonomics, as an alumni-founded company, paid tribute to its alma mater through practical action. Minicute actively participated in a series of centennial activities and provided ergonomic health support for thousands of SYSU faculty, students, alumni, and family members.

In November 2024, the Minicute volunteer team provided professional exercise guidance and health consultation at Sun Yat-sen University's 100-kilometer centennial run, helping every participant enjoy the event in a healthy and safe environment. Earlier, Minicute donated more than 1,000 sets of ergonomic health products to professors and staff on campus, expressing its firm support for education and its deep commitment to health, while helping SYSU build a healthier campus.

At the centennial run, many leaders, guests, and alumni representatives attended the opening ceremony, including Sun Yat-sen University Vice President Tai Zhongzhi, Fan Fenghui, Deputy Party Secretary of Lingnan College, Wen Guanghao, Executive Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Campus Administrative Committee, Chen Qikun, Party Secretary of The Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Wang Zhongqing, Executive Vice President of the SYSU Shenzhen Alumni Association, Liu Zehui, Executive President of the Lingnan College EMBA Alumni Association and President of the EMBA Shenzhen Alumni Association, and Huang Xinfeng, Executive President of the Lingnan College MBA Alumni Association.

As an alumni-founded company, Minicute Ergonomics has always maintained close ties and deep affection with Sun Yat-sen University. We understand that physical fitness is the starting point for a healthy life. During this event, Minicute sent a volunteer team to provide health support for thousands of SYSU faculty, students, alumni, and family members, including exercise guidance and ergonomic product experiences.

In this joyful and energetic event, Vice President Tai Zhongzhi and Minicute representative Saila attended the award ceremony together, presenting certificates and prizes to the winners while conveying the university's academic tradition and century-old spirit.

Since its establishment, Minicute has donated ergonomic equipment to the SYSU Alumni Home many times, supporting the university's development and helping faculty, staff, and alumni avoid musculoskeletal discomfort.

On October 8, 2024, to celebrate the centennial of Sun Yat-sen University, a donation ceremony for Minicute Ergonomics was held at the Chen Rongjie Lecture Hall of Lingnan Hall. Attendees included Mr. Zhu Wenbin, founder of Minicute Ergonomics and a 2000 undergraduate alumnus of Lingnan College, Vice President Xie Shi, Xu Dongli, Executive Vice Chair of the university labor union, Li Xiaotian, Vice Chair of the labor union, Huang Ruimin, Secretary-General of the Education Development Foundation, Lin Weishuang, Deputy Secretary-General, and Fan Fenghui, Deputy Party Secretary of Lingnan College. The ceremony was hosted by Huang Ruimin, Director of the Office of Education Development and Alumni Affairs and Secretary-General of the Education Development Foundation. Minicute Ergonomics and Sun Yat-sen University joined hands in the hope of supporting each other in building a healthy campus and protecting the occupational health of faculty and students.

Witnessed by the attending faculty members, alumnus Zhu Wenbin presented Vice President Xie Shi with a donation plaque for 1,000 Minicute decompression lumbar cushions from Shenzhen Minicute Technology Co., Ltd. Vice President Xie also presented a letter of appreciation to the alumnus on behalf of the university.

Taking this event as an opportunity, Minicute Ergonomics took part in witnessing Sun Yat-sen University's centennial celebration and supported the successful completion of this grand occasion with professional assistance. Minicute will continue to uphold the philosophy of healthy striving and value creation, working alongside more world-class universities to promote deeper integration of ergonomics across industry, academia, research, and application.
