From November 28 to 30, 2024, the 2024 International Conference on Human Factors Engineering and Intelligent System Interaction was grandly held in Shenzhen. It was reportedly the first international academic conference in the field of human factors engineering led by Chinese scholars and held in China, systematically presenting China's latest achievements in human factors engineering and intelligent system interaction to international peers. The conference was hosted by Tsinghua University and jointly organized by the Department of Industrial Engineering of Tsinghua University, the National Key Laboratory of Human Factors Engineering, and Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. Minicute Ergonomics participated as the only ergonomic brand co-organizer, joining discussions and helping advance academic research and industrial development in ergonomics.
The conference brought together more than 20 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the president of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), editors-in-chief of human factors journals, leaders of human factors and ergonomics societies from neighboring countries and regions, and more than 1,000 global experts, scholars, and industry leaders. Topics covered human-computer interaction, cognitive ergonomics, human-agent integration, art and emotional design, human factors engineering and aerospace equipment, emergency equipment, nuclear power safety, rehabilitation engineering, and more.

Zhu Wenbin pointed out: "Ergonomics is an important direction for future development and is significant for improving people's quality of life and work efficiency. However, many so-called ergonomic products on the market today try to use a single design to fit everyone, which is not scientific." He added, "Ergonomic products should be adjustable according to each person's height, body shape, and support needs, helping correct sitting posture and reduce spinal pressure. Such design not only prevents disorders, but also helps users develop good sitting habits. That is what a truly ergonomic product should be."
